Why “Integritas”?

I chose the name and the tag line, “Be whole. Be well.” because  I believe that everyone comes to me with everything they need inside them already. Sometimes they just need a shift in perspective or different insight or some tools to hew and then refine the gems they possess and allow them to shine.

Speaking of gems – did you notice that the icons in my logo (brain, heart, and fire) look like gems? That’s not a mistake. Like these gems, our minds, hearts, and spirits are precious, multifaceted, and worthy of being displayed. Let me help you find clarity (another gemological term) in yourself as we work together to find wholeness.
